Besides, the proposed mechanism, the future policy, which allows to continue the temporary import for re-export or not for some items such as cars, wines, cigarettes in order to streamline and enhance management this practice, not to the object to take advantage of temporary import for re-export to commit acts of smuggling, trade fraud, tax evasion, causing losses to the state budget; reports to the Prime Minister in 1/2017.
