Danang Investment 2.000 billion to build four wastewater treatment plants in the form of Socialization

According to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, the total volume of domestic wastewater generated from urban areas in the city close to 900,000 m3 / day. The total design capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is operating urban approximately 284 300 m3 / day (equivalent to approximately 31.58% of the volume of treated waste water), the rest almost untreated, discharged into the combined sewer system, rivers, drainage ditches, ponds and lakes of the city.
 

 

According to calculations, by 2020, the amount of urban waste water generated around 1.354 million m3 / day. The total design capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is operational and the plant will be as planned up to 2020 is 999 300 m3 / day, equivalent to about 73.8% of the volume of treated waste water.

According to Decision No. 725 / QD-TTg dated 10-5-2013 of the Prime Minister for approval Danang drainage planning in 2030, with a vision to 2050, the city should aim to population ratio served to collect and treat waste water within the planned 90% by 2030 and 100% by 2050.
